Air-conditioning: Some of our properties have split A/C’s Bangalore has a very pleasant climate and you will not enjoy this in an air-conditioned environment. Kindly switch off the A/C when you leave your apartment / Villa.
Airports: Bangalore International Airport is situated approximately 15 KM to 35 KMS from our properties. The easiest is to take a taxi from the airport which should cost around 300 and 500 Rupees. We can arrange transfers – when booked in advance.
Arrival at the Bangalore Short Stay rental apartment/Villa : Follow your direction to InDutch Real Estate office which is located on the airport road to collect your keys if you did not request for a meet and assist / airport transfer.
Breakages : Please report all breakages, both large and small to us in order for us to replace the item as soon as possible. Breakages or damage will be charged to your credit card under your authorisation.
Car Hire : Government of Karnataka offers a Pre paid taxi service – which is located inside the Airport just after you pass the customs area. They are reasonably priced – but make sure you give them the right direction and address where you are heading to.
Cellular Phone : Pay-as-you-go SIM cards are available for hire at --- per day. Please contact us should you require one.
Check-In : Properties are guaranteed from 2pm on the day of your arrival. However, subject to availability, arrangements can be made if your arrival is early morning.
Check Out : Check out time is 12.00 midday. If you require a late check out or wish to extend your stay, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your departure. Subject to availability we will do our best to accommodate you. The keys must be returned to In Dutch Real Estate's Office on departure

Departure : Leaving the Bangalore short stay apartment or Villas: Please ensure you take all your personal belongings with you and return the key to our office. We can either arrange a taxi for the return journey to Bangalore airport for you. The property inventory will be checked prior to your departure.
TV & DVD Player : These are available in all properties. TV's have a selection of entertainment in English, and other Indian languages.
Electricity : The supply runs at 220-240V according to local authority regulations.

Please also notify the concierge (where applicable) and our office as soon as possible.
Fire : The properties are fitted with Fire extinguishers.
Foreign Exchange : There are several currency exchange facilities in Bangalore as well as at the airport arrival hall.
Gym : Some of our apartments and Villas have the facility.
Hairdryer: These are available in all properties
Housekeeping : Maid service is provided twice per week. Linen and towels are replaced once per week. Should you require any extra items please let us know.
Internet Access & Telephones : High speed internet access is available in all our properties. The telephones are installed for local calls only which are charged at this time. These cannot be used to phone international or mobile phones. We can supply local sim cards for your cell phone to use in India at a charge..
Maintenance : Should a maintenance emergency arise, please contact our office for assistance.
Meet & Greet: If you select our airport welcome service including transfer to your accommodation, kindly book this in advance.
